With over 33 years of dedicated service and advocacy for the military and veteran communities, Dr. Soto brings a wealth of experience and a shared passion for empowering veterans and transitioning service members. 

Dr. Soto’s distinguished career began with 26 years of service in the U.S. Navy. Following his military retirement, he continued his commitment to the veteran community as a Department of Labor Contracted Senior Employment Facilitator, a role he has held for the past seven years. In this capacity, Dr. Soto has worked tirelessly to assist veterans and transitioning service members in securing meaningful employment opportunities, leveraging his expertise to bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers. 

In addition to his work with the Department of Labor, Dr. Soto is the founder of Navigating Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential resources and guidance to the veteran community. Through this initiative, Dr. Soto has created a network of support that connects veterans with critical services, job opportunities, and tools to navigate the challenges of civilian life. 

Dr. Soto’s passion for empowerment extends further as the CEO and Operations Director of Transition2Transformation. This organization focuses on helping military members and veterans understand the transformative impact of “Dressing for Success.” By equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools to enhance their professional image, Dr. Soto and his team empower veterans to build confidence and achieve success in the workforce.
